All Dr. Belanger’s workshops have been inspired by her top keynotes and are an opportunity to dive deeper into these topics in an interactive setting to explore real life situations your organization is facing.
Workshops usually last 2 hours, however content can be adapted from 1 - 4 hours to suit your needs and can be hosted in person or virtually.
Each workshop has an educational component, personal work, group discussions and immediate, actionable take-aways.

Psychological safety will be explored in a series of articles, key concepts, examples and discussion among leaders.
Leaders will work with the facilitator to create a strategic plan and norms in the team, department or organization to create psychological safety.
This framework is presented to the entire group it supports followed by a discussion and strategic exercises to get ‘buy in’ and input from the team to improve the document.
Conversations, behavioural support and specific direction for leaders and teammates to implement the plan.
